card is secured by Bibit. Bibit is one of the largest providers of

- Can I pay by purchase order or cheque?
Yes, you can make a payment by purchase order
(only in The Netherlands) or by cheque (USA). Please fill in the
form on the registration page and a OneStat.com Sales Representative
will contact you asap.

- Do I have to pay VAT?
All prices of OneStat.com include 19% VAT. This
means you don't have to pay VAT in your country.

- How often do I get billed for my OneStat Premium
account?
You will get billed for your Premium account once
a year if you don't exceed the limit of pageviews. For each
payment, OneStat.com needs your permission.

You can view your billing information for your
OneStat.com account in the account manager.

- How do I cancel my OneStat account?
You can cancel your OneStat Premium account
to send us an e-mail. This e-mail most come from the billing person
and billing e-mail address.

- Can I get a refund if decide not to continue with my OneStat
account?
If you decide you don't want to continue
with the OneStat Premium service you cannot get a refund if you use
the service less as one year.
