- Can I pay by purchase order or cheque?
Yes, you can make a payment by purchase order or by cheque. Please fill in the
form on the registration page and a OneStat.com Sales Representative
will contact you asap.

- Do I have to pay VAT?
It depends if you are living in the European
Union or not and have a valid VAT number. If you have this, we will
not charge you any VAT. If you are living outside the European Union
we will not charge you any VAT.

How often do I get billed for my OneStat eBusiness
account?
You will get billed for your eBusiness account once
a year if you don't exceed the limit of pageviews. For each
payment, OneStat.com needs your permission.

You can view your billing information for your
OneStat.com account in the account manager.

- How do I cancel my OneStat account?
You can cancel your OneStat eBusiness account
to send us an e-mail. This e-mail most come from the billing person
and billing e-mail address.
If you decide you don't want to continue
with the OneStat eBusiness service you cannot get a refund if you use
the service less as one year.
